Can Plant Based Bio Materials Be Used in Spinal Cord Injuries?

Plant based bio materials don't break down. They're actually quite stable, long lasting. We stripped out all the cells andd made some asparagous scaffolds. And this was about totally original or anything like that. There's been plenty of work on synthetic materials with tunnels and conduits. But again, i was wondering, how could it be this simple? Could i just go to the grocery store and find my scaffolding there?
