There are a lot of questions that have yet to be answered, as senator rubio illustrates here. I think congress should fund and these decisions should be made at least in the white house, if not in the military. My biggest concern going forward is how china and russia are going to cozy up on an absence of american engagement. It appears as if the reality of the ucranian bill, this, you know, 12 to 14 billion that they've agreed on, is what is pushing the omnibus potentially over the mark by Friday.
