How to Gain More Time Out of Your Days
Before you go to bed, make a list of everything you need to do the next day. This allows us to pull things out of our mind and get them down on either a piece of paper or an app. It's not only the time it takes, but the mental energy it takes away from us in the morning. Number two, automate and delegate. You don't have to do everything yourself. We need to leverage automation, if possible, or learn to delegate tasks.
