This is the only time in the book, rasi really so it raised my eyebrows. I e at the seat o level that may not have been there two years ago. And i think they've all either already knew or have learned, that their only way of being successful is in working through others. All of them talked about their leadership team really their role being to coach and enable their leadership team to run the place right. They'd all shord have reached that point of realizing that their job was to make everyone else successful. It just has to be, or they can' be successful after all this work has all done.
