We spend as much on nuclear weapons per year we're planning, over the 30 year period of modernization that we're talking about, as russia spent last year on its entire military. It's a one point five trillion dollar expenditure spread over 30 years. At least three of the nuclear weapons design and production facilities are now working 24 seven in the united states. A hiring is going on at a very rapid pace. People are working graveyard shis to make as many nuclear weapons as possible right now. There are five nuclear weapons projects in the united States which are happening simultaneously. This has never happened. They definitely want to win this broader war.
