Is There a Balance as a Leader?
As a product leader, you do have to find your own kind of coping mechanisms. I think sometimes maybe overly optimistic or energetically exciting, also things that have been levelled at me. There's deffiy hard things, for sure, in empowering the team to work through them,. But if you don't feel as a leader that you're also part of the team, i think that especially hard. And finding those kind of golden people for you, i think, in any sort of leadership role really, but ike within your organization will help pull you through.
