Manu Buffara is the chef owner of Manu, in Kirichi, but Brazil. A restaurant she opened 12 years ago, and which was the first ever in Brazil to serve only a tasting menu. This year, Manu will be opening a new spot in New York,. It's exciting for those of us who live nearby. Her book is out today, and of course we talk about that too.
