In 2001, Tony Blair asked you to set up and run what was then very novel, his prime minister's delivery unit. So how did you come to become or come to be Mr. Delivery Unit? It's a long story, but to cut it short, in the mid 90s before Blair was Prime Minister, I worked with him and his team on the education policy. We designed a lot of the education policy before Blair won in 1997.
