I think people are like so caught up in like you mentioned it's not for you're not giving insulin to yourself based on that. I do want to touch into some of the public health stuff while we have a little bit of time left. colon cancer screening rates notably worse for the most part for people who are African-American or of Hispanic descent their outcomes for chemotherapy in case they have and surgery if they have cancer much worse now everyone's screen at the age of 45 but for years after Americans are screened five years earlier before the rest of the public.
