You will get this app will do it all for you, but you have to be able to set up your own program. You got to know roughly what muscle groups you want to train because you got to pick them from a picker. Second thing is you have to know the names of exercises roughly and what they correspond to. Now we do have demonstration videos, but they only hit in this current version of the app.
