Is There a Resilient Documentation Structure?
Always assume that technology is going to disrupt whatever you're building now. If your entire operations are documented, that is like the highest possible risk. Always have a portability plan, and always have a plan if new ways of doing it come along. Remote has its own set of built in in ciencies, or built in hindrance troos,. But unlike a building that will never move, remote gives you much more opportunity to vocalize and give voice to those limitations and then work around them.
