Is a Woman a Pastor?

Article three of the s b c constitution defines what it means to be a co operating church. The question mat is, is some one who has a woman on staff that they call pastor? Is that far enough outside the pale that it goes beyond those three words? Closely identifies yor? One of the challenges with these things is how is how quickly our use of terms shift and how quickly the question shift.
