How to Make Liquid Malt Extract Beer

Make sure the water is warm. Don't add it into a boiling water, especially if you've got direct heat on that boiling water. That stuff's gonna turn into hard rock candy stuck to the bottom of your pot. It'll scorch and it will ruin your beer. I mean, anyone who's had a scorched liquid malt extract beer knows the flavor of burnt LME in the finished beer. So what I prefer are I breeze packages their LME in these nice plastic containers.
