Most of the data is from europeans. As you train a predictor in this ancestral group, and you go to more distant ancestry group, there is a fall off in the quality of prediction. We don't know if it's the same underlying genetic architecture in these different ancestral groups. That's a hypothesis, but even so, the tagging quality falls off. So all this is an area of very active investigation. It'll probably be solved in five years when first really big bile banks that are non european come on line.
