Is There a Plural Effluent?
Diminished in the right lower part of his lung, which to me kind of screams either one. Sometimes plural effusions can migrate from the right upper quadrant into the right lower lobe. And so sometimes qolesistitus, te appetitus aside, can migrate up the lung and into the right chest. So i think, moving forward for this patient, just some basic lap work.
