The Risks of an Equity Deal
This was not an asset purchase. This was an equity purchase and mainly that was to ensure that the contracts that were in place, you know, nothing happened there. We didn't want to have to change legal entities or do anything like that that may rock the boat on some of those larger contracts. The risk of that was less than the risk of losing these very important customers. That was my opinion at the time.
