The Importance of Moral Rights
Rights give you a certain rhetorical flourish but I'm not sure they actually do anything. If for example the government tries to suppress this podcast and I said some unpleasant things about DOJ earlier so maybe they will that is something we could all go into court and insist upon the ability to publish this podcast. But it's not showing up in your reasoning as best I can tell that's because that's a legal right. You can have legal rights without moral rights I think there's nothing problematic about legal rights.
