Protein is so powerful when you're bumping it up and your body's like, ooh, look at this, I can build lean mass. So protein super important. If you are bookending your workouts with really adequate nutrition, then you have a slight calorie deficit. That's something different. A lot of people aren't onto it that much. They don't actually pay attention to how they're fueling in around their training. And then look, okay, here's a slight calorie deficits of maybe 100 calories on the days that we train. Same calories too. Okay, got it. Macro adjustment. Yep. Exactly.
