There was kind of basically little to no difference between groups. And even then leucine was lower in the vegan diet. But it was still over that threshold of about 1.6 grams of leucine. The Stabilize the Tope studies now have been done in nutritionally vulnerable populations, consuming traditionally vegetarian diets in India. That's where those studies add another twist in the tail because they looked at mung beans, chickpeas and yellow peas, which were the kind of staples.
