Ep thes: My mother is often kind of sitting around, and she was having a rough time. She unloaded on me without any real intent to fix it per se. Our brains want what's familiar over what's comfortable and happy. I tend to develop similar, co dependent relationships with people who are always in chaos. And i don't know if that's what that means, but it does seem like it.
