The Focus on Design in a Company
The story of starting a company is just like de zero. But i do think that what i believe, say is really consistent among successful teams is the focus on design. Its around culture, its around organizational structure of the company. It could be from founders that come from a designd background, or founders that are just superinterested in leveraging designd fundamentals and methodologies to build great products. And i think it really comes down to just having epathy.
