She says you're going to be probably breathing consistently in a patterned way for almost the entire class. The positions themselves, especially if you're doing long held positions that engage your muscles, will have a sympathetic tone to the muscles while cooling the flames with this down regulating breath. There's usually there's always an opt out option in most classes.
