How Did You Get Lost in the Party Scene?

I was always sticking out like a sort of always, you know, but I made my own way. Had lots of friends, did lots of activities. Got into theater in middle school and that helped me with social circles. But yeah, I knew I wasn't going to stay at the small town. It took me about a year and a half before it was like, okay, this isn't working. And then 9-11 happened and I decided to join the military.
