SaaS Founders Coming Out of India?

Ape Prasana: Why am I seeing SaaS founders coming out of India that they just seem to be all of them are like 10 million bucks in revenue bootstrapped? He says it's something in the water here, right? The things that we're good at in India are we have a lot of developers. There are probably a million or more developers just in Bangalore. And so if anybody wants to implement a SaaS product, you can't just do it off the shelf.
