I think in general, in the business world too, we have to do a better job of managing these difficult conversations. Because if we don't, then we're not able to truly connect and learn from each otherd make better decisions too. And for me, as a lawyer d negotiation expert, like i said, i look at everything through the lens of negotiation. I define a negotiation as any time you're having a conversation and somebody in the conversation wants something. If we do, now we can really elevate the dialogue.
