How to Deal With People You Can't Get Along With

Working with people that you disagree with or struggle to get along with is valuable in that respect. When I look back on my early days of my career and I consider some of the people that I found difficult to get along  I think today I would have a lot less trouble getting along with them. But don't like go to management after 30 days then reassess the situation and see if you still feel aggressively bad as you did before.
