How to Build Trust in Your Team

There's still a really high incredible level of trust that kind of gets translated across the team. I think so many flaws in the office was about that lack of trust around the idea you had to be over their shoulder in that meeting to come together on a decision. The people can achieve incredible things with so much autonomy that doesn't require those those sync times. That's that's very rewarding and it feeds itself because you see folks with that freedom producing the work. And again, I don't think necessarily it's for everyone. But this is how we work.
