Why We Shouldn't Use Anger the Right Way

Anger can be useful in that it gives us good information. If we're feeling angry, it's telling us that something is wrong. Yet to ignore it does an incredible disservice and doesn't move things forward. I think if we replaced the word anger with outrage and indignation, we would be more tolerant of it. So i know for a fact that this man loves her, liked more than she's ever done to deserve. And he should feel outraged to fight for the truth of how much love there is in their relationship. Because i knew it came from a good place.
