The Importance of Indie Game Development

I always wanted to go into indie game development. I think working at Microsoft at a big company, I got to work with a whole bunch of developers around the world and learn how bigger teams ran things. And actually the indie game development that I was doing was at the same time as being there. It was really more like hobbyist gaming. You know, we released a few games with X and A on the Xbox Live Xbox Indies channel and a little mobile thing. But what was the Xbox Live indie game that people would know from that, from that batch? Nobody would know. We want to play with more.
