The Third Focus Is Organizational Purpose

If you're out of control, it's not going to happen in your relationships. But if you are attuned to what's going on inside, you can better empathize and tune into the people around you. That's the second focus. And then the third focus is to overall system that we're involved in. A leader who can articulate values, or omission, or a sense of purpose that resonates with everyone else is going to get everyone to aline what they do seamlessly.
