It took me a while to really get this, even with my firefighter economic knowledge, it didn't make sense. And I think that's part of why blue collar guys get it. Venture capitalists turn their nose up at it because they deeply know a version of finance that works in the money printing world. We've been valuing shell money for 70,000 years or evidence of that in cave sites. It doesn't take much to understand like, oh, a rare thing that you can't make more of is valuable and is worth storing value in. What you're actually putting value in is something that propagates value into the future effectively Because it's not diluted. That's scarcity.
