How to Experience Time in a Different Way

Time is a reflection of eternity we know this day by day you experience it in psychotherapy. As you move into deeper more profound aspects of the psyche when with someone time becomes less present and so at the end of the session you'll say something like my goodness that went so speedily. The timeless nature of the day is associated with when you're feeling in a flow of the day or enjoying the light of the day. A sixth way I think is to make connections via triangulation don't just think it's me and my experience or me and another or me and my troubles even but holding that dyads with an alertness to a third possibility that might be coming through.
