The human as an animal does, set thing aside. We can outlast or outrun almost anything. But we lose the skill because we stop doing it. Running is associate. It's the highest injury risk of all forms of exercise due to repetitive nature. The worst way to learn proper technique and form is to do it until you're fatigued. An exercise done properly will provide so much more value than an exercise practised improperly.
