chat GPT, GPT does all of that for you. When you pop in a question like what is an intervention in psychotherapy, it spits back an answer that is an aggregate of the information that it learned from. And I spent several days has like playing with this thing and asking questions and looking um, cursing the answers that it gave me. But definitely not what you would get if you were studying with someone who's a master in that kind of therapy.
