The Role of Cardiopulmonary Status in Traumatic Pneumothorases

Recent guidelines published by the Western Trauma Association. They have an algorithm there that we're going to go through to hopefully work towards a more standardized approach to traumatic pneumothorases. The smaller of northaurices have a better chance of being observed successfully and the larger ones have a larger chance of failing observation. For chest X-ray they suggest that the cutoff be placed at 20%.
