The Danish Way of Working
The Danish way of working is very playful and about using your own creativity. It's funny, because i think for some it was deafilly, a shock, but a shock that very quickly became natural for most people. I'd say, though, that worked very well in the beginning when we were smaller company. As we got some bigger some of that became a little more difficult, i'd say. But what's so interesting about that is, i think it is a danish trait, this idea that you're just here, you'll figure things out.
