What's Really Happening to Church Attendants?

I'm waiting for the definitive report on what's really happening to church attendants post pandemic. But all the early indicators, from what i can see, are that forty to 50 % of people who were there on 20 19 are gone. And there is perhaps a new influx of people that are coming in. We're talking about resilient human beings, full of joy, full of life, thinking about their faith. They feel like god is not coming through for them. I am deeply concerned about this moment.
