The Benefits of Surveillance
The surveillance society has a lot of benefits, but people resisted only. That could be a very big limiting principle on personalized law. I think there's another discussion we can have about what sorts of rights we'd be sacrificing or what rights would be undermined. But I'm not sure it is the case. It's hard for me to talk about this without knowing what's actually being done.
