The rates across all of die lending markets are expected to jump to the DSR rate. This involves pulling liquidity out of secondary lending markets such as Aave and Compound, which will increase the borrow rates. There's a lot of users who take ETH, they'll mint die, swap it to USDC and stick it into the supply it on Aave for example.
