The Unprepared Police in a Small Town, Wisconsin
The case is based on the murder of Bernice Warden, a woman in her 50s. Her son Ed Dean went to investigate and found his mother's body at a game farm. The police were unprepared for something of this magnitude; they didn't even have flashlights. A belt made of human nipples was also discovered during an investigation.
