Gwen Ifill: It's going to take time for all of this to transpire. And even if they eliminate it, there'll be suits and countersuits. She says sometimes you don't want to have to pay money to litigate an issue just to get out of the contract. GwenIfill: I have a client that she was sued for breach of contract. She got money in the end. But she, I mean, so many horrible things happened in the year and a half that it took to get that resolution.
