The Probability Problem in Quantum Mechanics
Everybody agrees that the wave function will decohere, but the definition of decoherence itself is not precise. Depending on where you set your threshold for what counts as near zero, you'll get different accounts of how much decoherence has occurred. So have you ever spent time with someone like David Deutsch who believes this theory? A little bit. I've talked a lot to the Oxford Evertians, David Wallace and Simon Saunders. There's just a three to one split in the quantum mechanics community. No, it's not branch counting.
