Are You Trying to Mow the Lawn?

Right now we have so many things going at us that a lot of us have adopted the lie of multi tasking. Multi tasking were actually talking about doing two cognitive things at the same time. When we do that, it's not multi tasking, it's switch tasking. Our icue drops forty points. So it's literally like being stoned. And this presence of relationship is now a thing of the past. You can tell when someone's watching, or you can tell when people're checking something else and something else. It's literally re defining the way we do relationships. But there is good news. There is good information to be found in psychological research.
