What's Next for the United Nations?
It's been a very frustrating time for the united nations generally, says Daniel bavage. The world's great powers are at loggerheads, particularly between china russia on one side and america and its allies on the other. So it it's very tricky time to be making real, concerted progress on the big global issues. Antonio guterisas has got a second will have a second term. He was elected unopposed in the summer, so he'll have another five year term. I think tere's a question of what he hopes to achieve with that. Could he take more risks?
