Smoke Alarms - A Great Way to Be Proactive
One of the great ways to be proactive with property awareness is with smoke alarms. A 10 year old alarm is considered expired and is a significant liability for you and the owner. I want to show you guys a photo of an alarm that we found at one of Mike's properties, the first time that we ever visited it. It was from 1976.
