The Role of Aspiration in Heart Failure

Heart failure is the number one diagnosis, but this information changes stuff a bit. The significant coughing with lying down immediate coughing prioritize the some form of aspiration. So immediately what I know I want to do next is get a CT scan to better evaluate because x-ray is not the best at telling us about tissue.
