The DA's Office Approves Deadly Force
This is not a societal edict to protect people who can't meet force with equal force. The way he was hitting her multiple times, she could have had serious and she still might bodily injury from the way that he was attacking her. Because of his actions, he has also deemed, in my opinion, unpredictable, which is why I say him running out. You don't know what this man is capable of doing because out of an argument in a restaurant, he resorted to punching this woman over and over again in the face. And obviously, the DA's office agrees.
