Frederick: If you put people in a position where they're going to have that question potentially the preparation of that meeting wasn't all that good. "I would happily have given them that feedback earlier but they didn't so like that's that's where I'm heading to" He says vendors are incentivized to make their products or tools seem like they solve problems automatically which is never usually the case.
