Only 5% of kids aged five to 18 reported meeting the federally recommended amount of exercise, which is 60 minutes a day. Kids have become addicted to their technology and so they'd rather sit on their phone and play sports games than actually go out and play sports. I've two daughters were 16 and 14 in their ski racers. They don't appreciate my my professional life to them, but they've gotn used to it,. No doubt about it.
