The Differences in Burial Customs and Gifts in Halstadt

This chapter explores the contrasting burial customs and gifts between the West Halstadt zone and East Halstadt, highlighting the significance of weaponry and horse carnuses in the West, and ceramics and metal forms in the East. It also discusses the emergence of hillforts and princely burials, as well as the decline of elite burials and the westward shift of culture.
